The Cougars are dedicated to nurturing talent from a range of local schools including Cedar Creek State School, Coomera Springs State School, Coomera State School, Gilston State School, Highland Reserve State School, Hillcrest Christian College, Oxenford State School, St Kevin’s School, Toogoolawa School, Upper Coomera State College, Woongoolba State School, Coomera Rivers State School, Picnic Creek State School, Foxwell State Secondary College, and St Joseph’s College Coomera.

UNDER 8 YEARS OF AGE
Under 8 mixed basketball is an exciting entry point for boys and girls born in 2018 and 2019 to start their club basketball experience. It’s the perfect place for young athletes to dive into the sport, with the convenience of seasons running each school term, allowing new players to join in at any time of the year. Our game format is specifically designed for younger players, featuring mixed teams with only 4 players on the court simultaneously to ensure active participation. Additionally, the hoops are lowered to encourage scoring opportunities and aid in the development of effective shooting techniques.
These mixed team games are held on Saturdays at the Coomera Indoor Sports Centre, providing a fun and engaging environment for all participants. For all the details on the current season, including calendars and fees visit https://www.seahawksbasketball.com.au/miniball
Playing Costs
$256 per term (including Basketball Queensland annual fee), or $90 upfront then as little as $15 per week via our Payment Plan.

UNDER 10 – 20 YEARS OF AGE
The Seahawks U10-U20 competition for boys and girls has two seasons per year. Season 1 is ran from February to September and Season 2 will run from October to March 2026. Age groups are graded as our teams so no matter what level experience you have there is a level of play to suit.
Registrations now open for Season 1 2025.
Games are played primarily at Coomera Indoor Sports Centre however at times nearby alternative facilities are utilised when major events are on at CISC.

Players require a playing uniform (singlet and shorts) which can be purchased from our uniform provider Hoop2Hoop (see link below). Our uniform is fully reversible so we can ensure we never clash with our opposition. Our main colour is dark grey with light grey and lime green trim. Our alternate side is light grey with dark grey and lime green trim.
More optional uniform and merchandise options will be added over time as we grow.
